A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Mix sifted flour with baking powder, fold in eggs, oil and wine. Add the grated Gouda and ham cubes, halved green and pitted black olives.
Fill the dough into a rectangular cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, at 170 degrees for another
half an hour.
Cool the cake a little bit, cut it into slices and serve it warm to the table with wine, leaf salad or possibly beer.
