From the dough ingredients made a pasta dough for this simply mix the flour, water and a pinch of salt and knead well. Depending on the consistency, add more water or flour. The dough should not stick to your hands at the end. Leave the dough to rest for about half an hour. Divide into about 20 portions and roll out into round dough sheets, which should be a little thicker in the middle.

For the filling, fry spring onions, crab meat, curry paste in oil. Add fish sauce, brown pepper, sugar, rice wine and sesame oil. Now stir in the cornstarch (maize starch). Pour into a suitable bowl, stir in basil and cool.

Put 1 tsp of filling on each of the pastry sheets form and fold the pastry upwards. Steam at high temperature for about 6-8 min.

Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
