Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water. Place in a baking dish and stir in the Steirer spread. Whisk the milk with the egg and pour over the casserole, sprinkle with grated Emmentaler and bake in the oven at 160 °C for about 30 minutes.
