– diced onion in the oil until soft and transparent
– add whole piece of smoked meat
– add chopped greens and steam briefly
– add peeled, chopped potatoes
– douse with clear soup
– add lovage
– cook until the potatoes are well soft
– take out the smoked meat
– finely purée the soup with a purée stick
– maybe add a little clear soup
– now cut off the smoked meat and add it again.
– Stir the sour cream into the soup which is no longer boiling.
– (if you mix the sour cream with a little bit of hot soup before stirring it in, it will not curdle in the soup)
– Pour in sausages, or chopped meat sausage
– season with salt, pepper and muska
