For the baked zucchini, wash the zucchini and cut into slices not too thick. Beat the eggs, add a dash of milk and salt and mix.

Then turn the zucchini slices first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices in it (floating) until golden brown.
