For the fish from the oven, season the cod fillet with lemon, worchester sauce and salt. Peel carrots, parsley and celery and cut into noodles.

Put the cod fillet on the aluminum foil and cover with cut vegetables. Close the aluminum foil and cook in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle the fish from the oven with green parsley.
