Cut bananas into slices.

Mix fine crystal sugar and vanilla sugar with mascarpone. Whip the cream with cream stiffener and fold into the mascarpone.

Soak 1/3 of the biscuits in cocoa and place in a baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the mascarpone cream on top and spread half of the bananas on top. Again, soak 1/3 of the biscuits in cocoa and layer.

Spread another third of the mascarpone cream on top and top with the second half of the bananas. Soak the last third of the biscuits in cocoa and layer in.

Finish with the remaining mascarpone cream. Finally, sprinkle with a little cocoa powder.
