Instructions:

(6 servings as a side dish, light main dish for 3) Mix ingredients for sauce in a shallow serving bowl. Set aside.

Clean broccoli and chop crosswise into pieces. Sauté until just fork-tender (roses should still have bite). Add broccoli to the baking bowl with the sauce, turning extensively to the other side. Sprinkle with pepper and sesame seeds, put on the table.

Tastes ditto cooled as a leaf salad.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
