For the Savoury Cake, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl. Cut the goat cheese and the dried plums into cubes and mix them with the flour together with the chopped pistachios.

Beat the eggs in a second large bowl until foamy. Stir in the cream, oil and yogurt, add salt and pepper and finely chopped thyme. Now stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture, nice and gently, not too much stirring, just that all the ingredients are well mixed.

Pour into the loaf pan and bake on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes. Allow the Savoury Cake to cool and then remove from the tin.
