Zuber. Approx. 10 min – Rest approx. 15 min – Bake approx. 4 min.

1. rinse the radish, remove the peel, cut into 4 slices a little thicker and the rest into thin slices. Season the thin slices with salt and let them stand for about 15 min.

Preheat the oven grill. Spread a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spread thinly with cooking oil. Place unsalted radish slices on top, top each with 1 goat cheese. Bake under the broiler for about 4 min.

Pat the salted radish well dry with kitchen paper and divide evenly among 4 shallow plates. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with capers and pepper, arrange 1 radish slice with goat cheese on each. Garnish radish carpaccio with parsley leaves and capers and serve while still warm.
