For the chanterelle pasta, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and strain. In a Teflon pan, steam the chanterelles with spring onions (add a little water if necessary) and season with the spices and add Rama Cremefine. Bring to the boil once and add the noodles. Serve the chanterelle noodles hot.
