A recipe of asparagus for gourmets:

Make asparagus spears in salted water for 20 min. Chop smoked salmon, basil, mix and season with juice of one lemon and pepper. For the sauce, finely dice shallot, sauté in 10 g butter until soft. Add orange juice, cook in an open saucepan until creamy. Add 50 g butter in flakes and whipped cream. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Serve drained asparagus with salmon and sauce.

Serve with: new potatoes
