Greek Salad with Feta Cheese

Clean the peppers, cut them into six parts. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Clean zucchini, cut in half and slice diagonally. Drain the olives in a sieve.

Sauté onions and zucchini in 2 tbsp. hot oil with the garlic pressed through on 2 or possibly automatic cooking zone 8 to 9, season with salt and bell pepper and mix with feta cheese, peppers, olives and plucked parsley leaves.

Stir juice of one lemon first with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, then with remaining olive oil and gently fold into salad. Arrange in a baking dish.

Our tip: Zucchini are delicate in taste and therefore well suited for children.
