Instructions:

Cut the orange peel. Cut the orange in half. Fillet one half. Boil some of the zest with Cointreau and the squeezed juice of the other orange half, later add the orange fillets and arrange in the center of a plate. Whip the whipped cream and nougat, whip with cream stiffener to whipped cream and use a piping bag to pipe blobs in circles onto the plate.
