For the meatballs, mix the milk with the eggs, add the parsley, soup powder, ketchup and salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the very finely diced onions, add the pine nuts when the onions are already yellow, stir once and transfer this mixture from the pan to a plate.

Clean the pumpkin and chop it very finely in a blitz chopper. Now mix the breadcrumbs into the milk mixture. Add the cooled onions and the pumpkin mixture and knead everything with the mince.

Then form loafs and fry them out in a pan in hot oil.
