For the wine slices, cream butter with sugar, add egg yolks and vanilla sugar and continue to mix until creamy.

Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture with cinnamon and red wine.

Finally, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

Spread the mixture on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.

Coat the wine slices with a glaze of powdered sugar and lemon juice, let cool and cut into small rectangles.
