A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Pre-bake 2/3 of the dough in a cake springform pan for 15 minutes. Place the apricots on the dough with the bulge facing down. Spread the topping on the apricots and bake for 35 minutes at 175 degrees. Remove the cake and let it stand for 5 minutes. Cut out figures from the remaining pastry and place them on the cake. Bake for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
