An asparagus recipe for gourmets:

Cut the asparagus diagonally into 0.5 cm thick slices. Put them in a colander. In a saucepan, boil enough salted water to cover the asparagus spears in the colander when you put them in. Heat the butter in a large, heavy skillet. Provide soy sauce, juice of one lemon, and pepper. When the water boils, place the colander with the asparagus spears in it, let it bubble repeatedly and make 1 minute. Remove the asparagus spears, drain them and put them in the frying pan with the heated butter form. Add the other ingredients and roast over medium heat, shaking several times, until the butter is brown and the asparagus spears are crispy.
