For the finger food, sift the flour on the work surface and make a depression, then add the sugar and then the butter flaked.
Knead everything into a dough, then form the dough into a ball and wrap it in aluminum foil or cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Take the dough out of the fridge and cut it in half, then cut each small dough about 1-2cm thick from one half and form small or large “sticks” or “fingers” as you like.
Then place 1 almond on each “finger tip”. If the almond does not stick you can also put some jam or honey on it.
Then put everything on a baking tray and bake the fingers for about 10 minutes at 200 °C on the middle rack, depending on the size and the oven.
Melt the jam in a hot saucepan for a few minutes. When it is liquid and the fingers are baked, put the jam on the bottom of the “chopped” area.
