A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

(To use asparagus pieces without tips).

Cook the asparagus over steam until soft (but they must still be firm to the touch), chill a little and then cut into pieces (about 5 mm thick).

Heat the butter (1) and fry the garlic briefly in it, but do not brown it! Add soy sauce and juice of one lemon and heat. Briefly sauté the asparagus sections in it.

Add the pasta cooked ‘al dente’, mix well. Season with pepper and arrange in a suitable bowl. Melt butter (2) and add on top. Add parmesan separately to the table.
