For the oven trout, preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat. Then place the salmon trout fillet with the skin side on a piece of aluminum foil. Cut half of the onion into small pieces.

Then sprinkle the salmon trout fillet with lemon juice and olive oil. Then salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs.

Finally, place the chopped onion pieces on top and close the aluminum foil. Now put the whole thing in the oven for about 15 minutes and you have a delicious fish.
