For the spinach lasagna, first prepare the filling. Sauté the onions in oil. Then add the frozen spinach and saute until it is thawed.

Then chop and add the feta and press in the garlic. Keep warm for a few minutes until the cheese melts and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

For the sauce, boil the milk with flour and butter. Stir constantly while doing this. When the sauce boils, continue to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Place lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Divide the filling and sauce as follows: Stuffing – sauce – lasagna sheets – stuffing – sauce – lasagna sheets – stuffing – sauce – lasagna sheets – sauce.

Finally, top with cheese (e.g. mozzarella) and bake the spinach lasagna in the oven at 170°C for about 45-60 minutes.
