Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Rinse ribs, dry and rub with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a roasting pan. Sear the ribs in it. Extinguish with 3/4 l water and let it boil up.

Remove peel from onions, clean and rinse peppers and cut into pieces. Add the vegetables to the meat. Steam ribs and vegetables in heated oven at 200 °C for 50 to 60 min.

In the meantime, cut cucumbers into slices. Cook pasta in enough boiling salted water.

Remove the ribs from the roaster. Mix flour and a little water and thicken the stock with it. Let it boil again, then season with salt, pepper and cucumber water.

Add ribs and cucumber slices to the sauce, heat briefly.

Drain noodles and drain. Garnish ribs with parsley on a platter. Serve noodles and ribs together.
