Brown meat cubes in hot oil in a casserole. Add diced onion, cloves and juniper berries. Add salt. Add soup and cook the meat for one hour. Add potato cubes, kohlrabi sticks and the Tk vegetables and cook for another 20 minutes. Season the stew with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Sprinkle with chives.
