For the tartlets with sour cherry and curd cream, first beat the eggs with both sugars over a bain-marie until foamy. Then carefully fold in the flour.

Grease and flour 4 ovenproof ramekins. Pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

In the meantime, whip the cream. Mix the curd cheese with both kinds of sugar. Fold in the whipped cream first, then the sour cherries.

Drape the curd mixture onto the tartlet bottoms. Serve the tartlets with sour cherry curd cream immediately.
