A bean recipe for every taste:

Cut meat into cubes, stir through oil, sherry, juice of one lemon and spices. Chop onions and garlic cloves, mix with the meat in the marinade. steep for half an hour.

Cut tomatoes into slices. Crumble cheese. Remove meat and onion mixture from marinade, drain and spread evenly on 4 large pieces of aluminum foil.

Place 2 slices each of tomatoes and cucumber on top, sprinkle each with feta cheese and oregano.

Fold into parcels, close edges tightly and cook in oven at 200 °C for 45 min.

Serve: French fries and bean vegetables with parsley.
