For the salad with fresh goat cheese and nuts, wash the green salad and pluck it into bite-sized pieces, then divide it among the plates.

Cut the wild garlic into strips. Cut off the cress. The dandelion can be left whole. Place the herbs on top of the lettuce.

Break the fresh goat cheese into smaller cubes and sprinkle over the salad with the nuts. Season a little with salt. But not too much.

Then prepare a marinade with oil and vinegar and pour it over the salad as well. Serve immediately.
