Instructions:

For the finger kolaches, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead at increasing speed with the kneading hoe to form a dough.

Form a thin roll and cut off small pieces. Shape the pieces into balls about 1 cm in diameter. Using a thin wooden spoon handle or similar, press a hollow in the center and fill it with jam.

This is best done with a piping bag with a small nozzle. Bake the Finger-Kolatschen for about 10 minutes at 180° top and bottom heat.
