A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Mix flour, yeast, 2 tsp sugar and milk to make a yeast pre-dough and let it go. Next add eggs, salt, 40 g sugar, lemon zest and butter last. Prepare into a smooth dough, whisk vigorously until it bubbles. In a deep frying pan in about 2 cm high, bring milk with 20 g sugar and butter to a boil, cool. Meanwhile, form balls of 5 cm ø from the dough and let rise with the lid closed. Put the risen noodles in the lukewarm milk and close the frying pan tightly with a lid. Put the pasta in the milk on the kitchen stove and bring to a boil. Next, draw the noodles at low temperature in about 25 to half an hour, not opening the lid. Turn the noodles to the other side so that the light crust is on top, serve with fruit or vanilla sauce or other food. Or fill the pasta with a pitted plum or apricot.
