Cut veal fillet into 1 1/2 cm thick slices, pound lightly, season, turn in flour to the other side and fry briefly in hot oil. Add onion cubes with finely chopped herbs to the meat, steam briefly.

Clean and rinse the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them as well. Extinguish with Madeira and beef broth, simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with paprika rice and green salad.
