Instructions:

For the chicken-vegetable soup with polenta gnocchi, stir the Steirerkraft polenta well with the ingredients and let it swell for 15 minutes. Heat water in a pot and add salt. Form dumplings from the polenta mixture with two small, wet spoons and let them slide into the water. As with all dumplings, the water must not boil, it should only simmer slightly. Cover the dumplings and cook until soft, which takes about 15 minutes.

For the chicken-vegetable soup, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion and garlic until light brown. Pour in the soup and cook the vegetables until soft. Now season well with the aromatics and chopped fresh or dried herbs.

Pour the chicken soup over one polenta dumpling each and serve the chicken and vegetable soup with polenta dumplings immediately hot.
