Instructions:

Boil potatoes, let cool and peel.

Divide herrings, remove backbone and cut into large cubes.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and kernel oil, season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Dice the cucumbers and potatoes. Add to the sour cream mixture together with the capers and beetle beans and mix well. Finally, fold in the herring pieces.
