A more wonderful asparagus recipe:

Remove the peel from the asparagus spears, remove the ends. Cut the spears into 4 cm long pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Remove asparagus spears and drain.

Rinse strawberries, clean and cut into quarters. Rinse meat, rub dry, season with salt, season with pepper and roast in hot clarified butter on both sides for about 5 min each. Remove from the frying pan and keep warm.
