Rinse and dry avocados. Cut in half and pit. Scoop out flesh. Stand 1/2 cm. Remove peel from oranges and fillet. Cut fillets in half. Sprinkle sugar, vanilla sugar and ginger. Pour Cointreau over. Cover and allow to infuse. Rinse strawberries, remove hulls, cut in half, add sugar. Also stand with lid closed. Remove skin from bananas and slice, mix with avocado pulp, oranges and strawberries. Divide evenly into the avocado halves.
