Instructions:

Peel the zucchini and cut into 3 mm thick slices.

Place the slices overlapping each other and season the top with thyme, basil, oregano and white pepper. Top zucchini slices with ham, cheese, and ham again. Season top layer lightly with salt and cover with overlapping zucchini slices.

Coat the zucchini cordon bleu with flour, eggs and bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan, bake cordon bleu in it on both sides.

Stir the ingredients for the sauce well together and season with salt at the end.

Serve the zucchini cordon bleu with the sauce on plates.
