Instructions:

Season the cutlets lightly with salt and pepper and cut into medium and small pieces.

Place the pieces in a gratin dish. Put the onions cut into rings on top, sprinkle the sachet onion soup on top and pour the whipped cream on the form.

Leave everything together in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Bake the casserole for about 40 minutes at 160 °C without a lid. Stir the whipped cream from time to time. At the end, a nice brown-yellow surface should have formed.

Arrange the casserole and serve.
