Cut the figs in half and scoop out the flesh. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Wash and sort the berries.

Put the fruit in a stand mixer with the lemon juice and puree finely: While doing this, “stretch” the mixture with water to taste until the desired consistency is reached.

Transfer the smoothie to a glass and enjoy immediately.

Bananas and figs contain the amino acid tryptophan, which the body needs to form serotonin – our body’s own “happiness maker”!

Raspberries also contain the “happiness maker” serotonin, provide thanks to biotin on top of beautiful hair and nails and also help digestion!
