Try this delicious pasta dish:

Finely chop the cilantro with the pine nuts or grind finely in a cutter. Add lime juice, season. Stir in oil little by little.

Lime noodles In a saucepan, bring salted water to boil. Put aside the lime peel in the boiling salted water and cook the noodles al dente. Mix a little of the cooking water with the coriander pesto, drain the noodles and return them to the pan. Add pesto, mix with 2 forks, serve, evenly distribute coriander leaves on top.
