Instructions:

The bacon is rendered in the frying pan (or melt the light butter). Add the sausage spread in slices to the hot fat.

Sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent. Add half of the milk.

Stir the flour with the rest of the milk to thicken the onion sauce.

You can also use water instead of milk. Then, at the end, refine the sauce with sweet whipped cream.

Serve with Potato dumplings green leaf salad
