Instructions:

Cook long grain rice together with the onion in water until it has a mushy consistency.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the porridge through a sieve.

Add coconut milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil again.

Mix in egg yolks and add red pepper.

Arrange the rice soup and serve.
