Instructions:

For the nut plait, prepare a yeast dough from the ingredients and let it rise in a warm place.

Then knead the dough briefly and roll out about 1/2 cm thick and rectangular.

For the filling, boil milk and sugar. Then stir in honey, flavoring, cinnamon, almonds and raisins. Let the filling cool and spread it evenly on the dough.

Roll up the dough and cut in half lengthwise. Intertwine with each other with the cut sides facing up. Let the whole thing rise for another 10 minutes.

Brush the nut plait with beaten egg and bake for 35-40 minutes.
