For the sauce:








Instructions:

fry in a frying pan. Whip the snow and add the ground trail mix to the snow form. Arrange the quantity on the grouper and put it in the stove form.

For the sauce, make chicken stock, the split pears, a tiny bit of orange juice and orange fillets and season with curry powder, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes, dice them and make them small.

Then press the potatoes with a potato press. Put the shrimps in between later.

Cut off the leaves of the chard, sauté in butter and season. Arrange everything on a plate.
