Let the yeast rise in the cow’s milk, prepare it with the flour, add the egg yolks, the cooked and mashed potatoes, salt and enough lukewarm cow’s milk to make a medium-firm dough. Let it rest in a warm place.
When the dough has risen, roll out thinly, cut into palm-sized pieces, poke holes in them with a fork and bake in hot fat until golden brown. Spread with garlic rub and season with salt.
