A cake recipe for all foodies:

Dissolve the butter over mild heat and allow to cool. Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix with the wheat, long grain rice and delifrut. Make a vErtief in the center. Pour in the honey and the lukewarm butter and stir well. Grease the cake tin and pour in the dough. Leave 1 tablespoon of the dough per cake pan for the glaze. Rest for 30 minutes.

Spread the currants evenly on the dough. Leave 1 cm free around the edge. Mix the yolks with the reserved batter. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Spread the glaze over the berries.

Place the cake on the 2nd rack from the bottom in the cold oven and bake at 200 °C for 35-40 min. Now cool on a cooling rack and remove from the mold.
