Instructions:

For the tomato soup, blanch and peel the tomatoes. Dice the onions, chop the garlic and sauté in olive oil, add vegetable soup and bring to a boil.

Add the tomatoes and thyme and simmer for a few minutes until the tomatoes break down.

Season with salt and pepper and puree and froth with a hand blender.
