For the blueberry muffins, beat the snow and sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar – finish mixing. Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then add the yogurt.

Add whole spelt flour mixed with baking powder. Mix in the washed blueberries and finally fold in the snow.

Spread into greased and floured baking cups (you can also use paper muffin cups). Bake at about 160 °C, let cool and sprinkle with baking powder.
