A bean recipe for every taste:

Heat milk, soak white bread in it, mash.

Sauté garlic and onions in butter until translucent, cool.

Knead the mince with mustard, onions, bread and herbs until well combined and season. Stir in hominy, beans and pepperoni strips. Form the mince mixture into a roll. Drain and lay out the pork net and sprinkle with the parsley. Place the mince roll on top, roll up loosely and tuck the ends under.

Roast in a roasting pan in the lower half of the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix white wine with mustard and pour over it. Add rosemary and cook for 40 minutes.

Take out the minced meat and keep it warm with the lid closed.

Add gravy to the roast stock form, pour through a sieve, bring to a boil and season.
