Marinated Strawberries with Yogurt Vanilla Cream

Instructions:

Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Marinate with the juice of 1/2 lemon and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.

For the vanilla yoghurt cream, whip the cream until stiff. Stir the QimiQ with the yogurt until smooth, add the vanilla sugar, rum and sugar to taste.

Then fold in the whipped cream. Divide the strawberries into 6 glasses and top with the cream. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Decorate as desired, e.g. with mint or chocolate rolls.
