Lay out the bulghur in a shallow container. Pour boiling hot water over it and let it swell with the lid closed. Chop the herbs very finely. Mix pepper, juice of one lemon, salt and oil. Add the herbs to the bulghur and leave to cool for 1 hour. Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut the feta into 1 cm cubes. Mix half of each into the bulghur. Garnish with tomatoes and feta cubes.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
