For the sweet potato in foil, coat a large enough piece of aluminum foil with some chili – or olive oil. Place the peeled, halved sweet potato, cut side down, on the foil.

Place the herbs and the piece of butter on top and sprinkle with sea salt. Fold the foil into a parcel and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 20 minutes until soft.

Baking time may shorten or lengthen depending on the size and variety of sweet potato.

The sweet potato in the foil tastes great with fish and short roasted meat.
